Younger Consumers Like Shopping At Physical Stores, Study Reveals

Younger consumers see having a physical store as important for brands, according to iModerate. Data from the market research firm revealed 74 percent of all respondents said a physical location is important; however, 80 percent of Generation Z consumers and Millennials said it is important, compared with 69 percent for Generation X and 65 percent of Baby Boomers. Respondents cited the assurance that comes from seeing, feeling, and trying on merchandise as one of the biggest advantages of having a physical store.
