Walmart Names Former EBay Executive VP Of Global Product For E-Commerce Unit

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. appointed Jordan Sweetnam as vice president of global product for Walmart Global E-commerce. Sweetnam, eBay Inc.’s recently departed VP of seller experience, will manage Walmart.com’s user experience and product management teams. Sweetnam’s appointment comes two weeks after the retailer’s announcement of its plans to expand its marketplace business by increasing the number of merchants selling on the Walmart.com platform.
