Walmart Mexico Names Chairman New CEO

Wal-Mart de Mexico y Centroamerica appointed Enrique Ostale as its CEO in addition to his designation as chairman of the board. Ostale replaces Scot Rank who was CEO for five years. Also, Rank is leaving the company's board of directors after 14 years. Walmex announced Rank's departure in October 2014, when the company also announced an 8 percent decline in third-quarter profit.
