Wal-Mart India Eyes Opening 15 New Wholesale Stores In India's Andhra Pradesh State

Wal-Mart India said it plans to open 15 wholesale stores in Andhra Pradesh in the coming five years. Wal-Mart India president and CEO Krishna Iyer said his company plans to have cash-and-carry stores in each of the state's districts. This is in addition to Wal-Mart's plan to invest in social and rural entrepreneurship through its corporate social responsibility initiatives.
