Tesco Plans To Sell Kipa Retail Chain In Turkey And Giraffe Restaurants In UK

UK retailer Tesco is expected to sell its Kipa chain in Turkey and Giraffe restaurants in its home market. Tesco's planned sale of Kipa marks another step in the retailer's withdrawal from the international market following the sale or closure of businesses in China, South Korea, and the US. Also, the planned sales are part of the efforts of Tesco CEO Dave Lewis to improve the retailer's revenue performance.
