Retailer Tesco continues implementing the reorganization of its UK and international operations as of March 2015. As part of its restructuring, the company has created a new management team for its European operations and merged its London division into its south team. Tesco announced its plans to merge the management teams of its Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia units. Czech unit CEO David Morris was appointed as leader of the European management team. Also, Tesco appointed real estate firm Savills to start selling six of the largest of the 49 plots of land the retailer said it does not need anymore.
