Tesco Adds 20 Stores To Scan As You Shop Trial Run

Tesco is expanding the coverage of its Scan as You Shop service to an additional 20 stores. Part of the retailer's efforts to reduce the time customers spend at the checkout, the Scan as You Shop service lets customers scan products while doing their in-store shopping. Available at self-service and manned checkouts, the service now covers 350 stores across the UK.
