Representing markets in North and South America, the team members are “among the industry's most knowledgeable in beauty expertise and application,” the company said. Covering a specific region each where they are expected to provide consumers with their beauty expertise and application and promote Sephora brands, the 15 market experts earned permanent spots on The Sephora PRO Team by excelling in weeks of rigorous challenges and interviews. Among these experts are Adi Lando from Toronto, Lou Swinden Payne from Ottawa, and Eliza Davila from Philadelphia.
