Kevin Holt To Succeed McCann At Ahold America

Dutch grocery giant Ahold Delhaize has named Kevin Holt, currently CEO of Delhaize America, to succeed management board member James McCann (left), who resigned to take on non-executive and advisory roles at the company through April 2017. McCann has been with Ahold for five years, serving mainly as chief commercial officer with responsibility for Ahold America since 2013. The Delhaize America unit, which includes Food Lion and Hannaford, will be overseen on an interim basis by Frans Muller, deputy CEO of Ahold Delhaize.
