Carrefour Transforms Buenos Aires Hypermarket Into A Connected Store

March 23, 2016: 12:00 AM EST
French retailer Carrefour completed a full renovation of its Monroe hypermarket in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Similar to the retailer’s first connected hypermarket in Villeneuve-la-Garenne in Paris, the store in the Belgrano suburban area is equipped with screens that offer information on waiting ties, display terminals that shoppers can use to browse online catalogues, and WiFi. Also, the store comes with a new Gourmet area, providing consumers with a premium lineup of regional and imported products.
