Carrefour Launches 5 Minutos Small-Format Stores In Argentina

French retailer Carrefour launched its 5 Minutos small-format supermarket brand in Argentina. Signaling the company's push to expand its presence in the convenience-store segment in the country, the new format is similar to the Carrefour Express stores. All 5 Minutos stores will be operated by franchisees, the company said.
