Beauty Products Retailer Ulta Renews Headquarters Lease With Expanded Space

Cosmetics superstore chain Ulta has renewed the lease of its Bolingbrook, Ill., headquarters for another 13 years, landlord Equus Capital Partners announced. Ulta will expand its space by 66 percent to 206,473 square feet at Tallgrass Corporate Center, enough room to add 340 employees. The staff increase will combine new hires and relocations from a nearby Ulta facility. The additional space is part of the company’s new multi-year supply chain project that includes added capacity and system improvements to support expanded omni-channel capabilities.
